Binh Chau Minera Issiq buloqlar kurorti haqida

Binh Chau Minera — Vetnamning Binh Chau shahridagi o'rmon ichida joylashgan issiq buloqlar kurortidir. Mehmonxona binosi asosiy inshoot bo'lib, mavjud o'rmon bilan uyg'unlashgan yangi o'rmon idishi sifatida loyihalashtirilgan. Sun'iy yer sathi yerdan ikkinchi qavat darajasigacha cho'zilib, o'rmon taassuroti bino ichida ham davom etadi. Boshqa kirish qismida esa yerning kesilgan yuzasida suv va o'simliklar sharshara singari joylashtirilgan. 18 x 18 metrlik ustunsiz atrium ko'p qirrali po'lat tomni ko'tarib turadi va tashrif buyuruvchilar oqimini yo'naltiradi.

Binh Chau Minera Issiq buloqlar kurorti A' Design Award Oltin Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu birinchi darajali, ajoyib va ajralib turuvchi dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Oltin g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining daholigi, donoligi va mahoratini aks ettiruvchi benihoya innovatsion, uzoqni ko‘ra oladigan va ko‘zni qamashtiruvchi ijodlardir. Binh Chau Minera Issiq buloqlar kurorti misli ko‘rilmagan qiymat keltiruvchi, juda maqtalgan, yo‘nalish belgilovchi va yodgorlik darajasidagi ixtiro bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Oltin Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiya chegaralarini katta foyda bilan kengaytiruvchi ko‘zni qamashtiruvchi, e’zozlangan loyihadir. Binh Chau Minera Issiq buloqlar kurorti kuchli istak tuyg‘ularini yaratadi, ishtiyoqni uyg‘otadi, ijodkorlikni rag‘batlantiradi va bizni maftun etadi.

Noyob xususiyatlar: The Guest House, which is the core facility of this hot spring resort is ‘a new forest vessel’ that is integrated with the existing forest. It features artificial ground that extends from the ground to the second floor level, the impression of the forest continues from the inside of facility. On the other entrance side, water and plants are arranged like a waterfall from the cut surface of the ground which express the theme and lively atmosphere of this facility.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: The undulating artificial ground at the top of entrance adopted shell structure, to create seamless and beautiful curved ceiling. We made the space look like huge lantern with warm light that attract people by illuminating ceiling only from ground level. The Atrium in the Guest house is 18meters by 18meters column-free stairwell, to put symbolic polyhedral roof by steel-framed, it became a center of flow lines in this high-visible facility.
Ilhom: There is a natural hot spring which is rare in Vietnam, client requested to create the facility which has the ability to pull in more customers utilizing hot spring. We proposed design plan for hot springs resort fused with forest. In order to make an architecture of 10,000 square meters which like suddenly appears in forest, we aimed to create the facility blends in with surrounding natural environment, have less imposing architectural image and commercial face.
Loyiha muddati: The project started in June 2017 and constructed in November 2020 at Binh Chau, Vietnam.
Ish jarayoni: Site location in Binh Chau Village, about 3hours drive to east from Ho Chi Minh which is the center city of Vietnam. It is located in lush forest, about 3km inland from coastline dotted with tourist area such as beach resorts and casinos. The Guest House have reception and changing room, the guest changes into a swimwear and able to go around with various themes SPAs.
