Villa Antioquia Uy haqida

Villa Antioquia — Dominikan Respublikasi, Punta-Kana, Kap-Kana hududida joylashgan xususiy turar-joy binosi. Uy 2630 kvadrat metrli uchastkada joylashgan bo'lib, qurilish maydoni 1130 kvadrat metrni tashkil etadi. Loyiha ichki makonlarni jismoniy va vizual jihatdan uchastkaning tashqi hududlariga o'tkazuvchan qilib yaratadi. Mahalliy iqlim sharoitlari tabiiy shamollatishdan foydalanishga asos bo'ldi. Fasaddagi keng konsol kirish ostonasini hosil qiladi. Mahalliy o'yma tosh, yog'och qoplamalar va katta o'lchamli mramor plitalar material palitrasini shakllantiradi.

Temir g‘oliblari o‘z yaratuvchilarining katta mahorati, yuksak ixtisosligi, mutaxassis tushunchasi va ijodiy salohiyatini namoyon etadi. Villa Antioquia Uy yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, amaliy hamda innovatsion ijod bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Temir Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn soha eng yaxshi amaliyotlarini uyg‘unlashtiradi va bilim hamda iste’dod bilan bog‘langan layoqatli texnik xususiyatlarga ega.
