Villa 22 Xususiy uy haqida

Villa 22 — Niderlandiyaning janubidagi Maas daryosi yaqinidagi qishloq manzarasida qiyalikka qurilgan xususiy uydir. Nom uchastkaning 22 daraja qiyaligiga ishora qiladi. Beton joyida quyilgan bo'lib, barcha quvurlar va muhandislik kommunikatsiyalari beton plitalar ichiga joylashtirilgan. Oldinga chiqib turgan balkonlar materialning konstruktiv imkoniyatlarini namoyish etadi. Qayrag'och yog'ochi iliq ko'rinish baxsh etadi, katta derazalar esa atrofdagi tabiatni ichkariga olib kiradi. Suzish havzasi binoning geometrik chiziqlarini suv bilan birlashtiradi. Loyihalash va qurilish ishlari 2017 va 2019 yillar oralig'ida amalga oshirilgan.

Villa 22 Xususiy uy A' Design Award Platina Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu haqiqatan ham noyob, nafis va ulug‘vor dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Platina g‘oliblari yaratilish mo‘jizalari, intellektual ijodkorlik chegaralariga guvohlik bo‘lib, o‘z dizaynerlarining tengsiz kasbiy mahorati va daholigini namoyon etadi. Ushbu dizaynlarning bir davr estetikasini belgilovchi, jamiyat farovonligiga hissa qo‘shuvchi hamda san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiya chegaralarini kengaytiruvchi eng mashhur asarlar bo‘lishi kutiladi. Villa 22 Xususiy uy yuksak mukammallik darajasini namoyon etadi va o‘zining foydali hamda qimmatli xususiyatlari bilan dunyoni shubhasiz yaxshiroq joyga aylantiradi. Villa 22 Xususiy uy istaklarni uyg‘otuvchi, ilhomlantiruvchi, hayajonlantiruvchi, xursand qiluvchi va katta quvonch tug‘diruvchi A' Design Award Platina Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan asardir.

Noyob xususiyatlar: The name Villa 22 is inspired by the specific location of the building, which lies on a slope of 22 degrees. By pure coincidence, the house number also happened to be 22. From the outside, the elegant villa looks like an integral part of the hill in which it was designed. Anyone entering the villa will notice that the outdoors is never far away. The surrounding nature is projected inside through the windows, you find yourself indoors yet surrounded by a sense of nature.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: During the construction work of the villa, the concrete was cast in place and all pipes and installations are installed in these concrete slabs. The potential of concrete as a construction material and as the proud main bearer of the architectural identity of the building has been pushed to extremes. The protruding balconies are illustrative of the tension that can be achieved with concrete.
Dizayn muammosi: The most challenging was to combine all the elements of the design with the technical limitations of the in place cast concrete. The result is a seamless integration of all the elements connecting with the concrete as well as optimizing the load bearing function of the concrete.
Ilhom: In Villa 22, water serves as the connecting element. Not only did water play a unifying role in the construction process when pouring concrete, it also has a defining function in which the villa is experienced and perceived. This is a villa in which a geometric interplay of lines forms a symbiosis with the water in the swimming pool. This alliance between the hard, unyielding nature of the concrete, the warm appearance of the applied elm wood, and the rippling water is the essence of Villa 22.
Loyiha muddati: The villa lies nestled in a hill in the rural landscape of the green, leafy foreland of the Meuse river in the south of the Netherlands. Design and construction has taken place between 2017 and 2019
Ish jarayoni: The routing has a logical structure. The transition from one room to another is also accompanied by visual moments that do not demand attention but are there for those who notice. The stairs naturally connect the floors, but from a distance they are also objects with visual expressiveness.
