Terrace Turar-joy binosi haqida

Terrace — Braziliyaning Santa-Katarina shtati, Pikarras shahrida joylashgan dam olish uchun mo'ljallangan turar-joy binosi. Bino 25 qavatdan iborat 59 xonadonga ega, balandligi 87 metrga yetadi va 11 179 kvadrat metr qurilgan maydonni tashkil etadi. Har bir xonadonda dengizga qaragan katta terrasa mavjud bo'lib, takrorlanuvchi terrasalar birinchi qavatni yuqoridagi umumiy terrasa bilan bog'laydigan yagona (monolit) fasadni hosil qiladi. Poydevordagi ochiq temir-beton konstruksiyalar xonadon romlaridagi sirpanchiq panellar bilan uyg'unlashtirilgan. Loyiha ilhomini ushbu hududda avvallari mavjud bo'lgan qadimiy plyaj uylaridan olgan.

Terrace Turar-joy binosi A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu ijodkorlik, zukkolik va topqirlik bilan ajralib turuvchi a’lo dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Bronza g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining keng tajribasi, tasavvuri va topqirligini tasdiqlovchi juda mohir va hayratlanarli darajada ijodiy buyumlardir. Terrace Turar-joy binosi yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va innovatsion buyum bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiyadagi eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni o‘zida mujassam etadi va tafsilotlarga e’tibori bilan a’lodir. Terrace Turar-joy binosi ehtiyojlarni go‘zal qondiradi, istaklarga tegadi, tuyg‘ularni maftun etadi va qiziqishni jalb qiladi.

Noyob xususiyatlar: What differentiates Terrace from the others, its direct competitors in the city of Picarras, Santa Catarina, Brazil; it is its monolithic design with the repetition of terraces, which connect the ground floor with its connection with the beach, up to the upper collective terrace.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: Basically the Terrace is based on the use of exposed reinforced concrete at its base in counterpoint with the high technology of sliding panels in the apartment frames, as well as the entire leisure area (over the garages and on the upper terrace). We bring in this project a duality, between exposed concrete and natural materials with the high technology of the frames and finishes of the apartments.
Dizayn muammosi: The research has always been based on contemporary design, where the user is part of the process, even after the construction of the building. We seek in the conceptual bases of the participative design, the premises for the creation of this project, allied in the technological bases and the thought of the relationship of this project with the future.
Tadqiqot: The design research focuses on the use of balconies and how they interact with the facade, with the aim of transforming the relationship of a residential building into a visual landmark on the beach that will be built. Data collection was carried out by searching for images of similar projects and monolithic design, presenting as a real result in business and society, the direct relationship of users and pedestrians, in and around them, as an icon.
Ilhom: This project was inspired by the old beach houses, which were on the site, where they always had balconies and terraces facing the sea. This great detail was the inspiration behind the project.
Loyiha muddati: The project started in October 2020 in Itajai and was completed in August 2021 in Itajai, and construction began in December 2021 in the city of Picarras / SC - Brazil, with the schedule for completion of the work for November 2024.
Ish jarayoni: Terrace allows the user to have apartments in a luxury condominium, facing the sea, with the characteristics of a residence with a large balcony - terrace, where the environments are connected by this large space.
