Giới thiệu Lea Annees Lumiere Thiết kế Nội thất Biệt thự

Lea Annees Lumiere là thiết kế nội thất của một biệt thự tại Thanh Viễn, Quảng Đông, Trung Quốc. Dự án có diện tích 190 mét vuông và trải rộng qua bốn tầng xung quanh một giếng trời cầu thang. Vật liệu chính bao gồm đá cẩm thạch, đá nung, kim loại và vải nhập khẩu, thảm trải sàn có chứa lụa để tạo cảm giác mềm mại khi chạm vào. Một tác phẩm sắp đặt thủ công bằng các tấm đồng chạy dọc theo khoảng không cầu thang. Các tông màu gỗ được kết hợp với đen, trắng và xám để tạo nên bầu không khí bình yên và tự nhiên. Tầng hầm bao gồm phòng khách, phòng tập gym, hầm rượu vang và quầy bar.

Lightings at the staircase are designed as more human oriented spot light. Evenly distributed lights from the wall to staircase area creates a gentle and warm atmosphere.

By exploring authentic local expression of design, the interior and FF&E design managed to create a distinctive personality while resonate to the spirit of the architecture.
