Giới thiệu Vshape Mattina Chức năng chính: Gạch Ốp Bậc Cầu Thang

Vshape Mattina là loại gạch sứ được thiết kế để ốp một bậc cầu thang chỉ với một chi tiết duy nhất. Viên gạch mô phỏng vẻ ngoài và cấu trúc của gỗ theo định dạng ván sàn kích thước 30 x 120 centimet. Phần mũi bậc cong được tạo thành từ một mảnh gốm duy nhất thông qua quy trình uốn cong bằng trọng lực trong lần nung thứ hai. Việc nung hai lần giúp tăng cường các thông số kỹ thuật, khiến viên gạch có khả năng chống chịu sương giá, chống trơn trượt và chống nứt vỡ. Bề mặt gạch có kết cấu vân và độ mờ, với năm tông màu được cung cấp. Vshape Mattina phù hợp với cầu thang, sân thượng, ban công và bệ cửa sổ, cả trong nhà lẫn ngoài trời.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: V-shape tiles combine the advantages of wood and the functionality of stoneware. The design beautifully emulates the look and structure of wood. It’s hard to distinguish from the real thing, and the typical floor-board format only gives it more credibility. It’s an excellent alternative to natural wood, which, although beautiful, is not as functional and durable as stoneware. Depending on which tile color is chosen, one can easily and freely modify the character and mood of the designed space.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: High technical parameters make V-shapes stable, frost, slip, element and crack resistant, making them ideal for indoor and outdoor use. Their versatility allows them to be used on stairs, terraces, window sills, balconies, and also in industrial facilities and buildings.

Thanks to the innovative technology, the V-shape tread is made from one ceramic element, and its final shape is created through a gravitational bending process of the nose during the 2nd firing. Along with the special, unique production technology, we were able to create a 120 cm long tread.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The biggest challenge was developing a technology which would allow for a double-firing of a tile.
Nghiên Cứu: Testing was completed to confirm the tile performance parameters including, but not limited to: slip and frost resistance. The high quality of offered products has been attested to by affirmations, certificates and awards granted to the best manufacturers in the industry.
Cảm Hứng: A solution for those who need wood-like stoneware tiles that create a step, using one element. Using unique technology, we produced treads that match our wall and floor tiles that help to create coherent and harmonious designs. When making v-shape treads it was important to us that they be modern, ecological, functional and versatile. Vshape tiles are made with a double firing process which strengthens the tile parameters. Cerrad is 1 of 2 manufacturers in the world using this technology.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The v-shape Mattina tile has been available for sale since 2017. Its debut took place during the largest International Trade Fair of Ceramics and Bathroom Equipment - Cersaie, in Bologna.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: Initially, the Mattina collection included wall and floor tiles in 30 x 120 and 20 x 120 formats. Along with advancing technology, we were able to add v-shape treads, thanks to which a harmonious home or terrace design is possible.
Originally, v-shape tiles came in a 30 x 30 format, but we were eager to make a tread where the entire step could be covered with one tile only, hence the introduction of the 30 x 120 format. Currently we are working on an even longer, 140 cm long format.
