Khu danh lam thắng cảnh SunbiZitan là một khu vực cảnh quan và thương mại nằm ở góc tây nam của một công viên đất ngập nước, với diện tích khu đất khoảng 110.000 mét vuông. Bố cục kế thừa mô hình của làng quê địa phương, với các công trình thương mại mang phong cách nhà ở truyền thống được nhóm thành từng cụm nhỏ. Dòng nước chảy len lỏi giữa các cụm công trình, và không gian đi bộ được kết nối bằng các cây cầu dành cho người đi bộ. Các công trình sử dụng kết cấu gỗ truyền thống Trung Hoa với các mối nối mộng. Vật liệu chính bao gồm gỗ lauan, tường đất nện và ngói xám nhỏ. Các loài cây bản địa được trồng trong khu vực.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: SunbiZitan Scenic Area is located at the southwest corner of the park, with a plot area of about 110,000 square meters. By continuing the layout features of local village, several traditional residence-style commercial buildings enclose small clusters, bringing together commercial functions of various operations. Water flows through the clusters, and walking spaces scattered in the clusters are connected by pedestrian bridges, forming a pure commercial and leisure walking block with separated water systems and linked lands.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: The buildings adopt Chinese traditional wooden structure withmortiseandtenonjoints. All the timbers are waterproof, fireproof and insect-proof, minimizing the application of metal connectors. Main materials include lauan wood, rammed-earthwall and small gray tile. Hard landscape materials mainly consist of natural stone slabs that feature anti-slip surface and old-style treatment. Native tree species are planted .
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: We strived to create an architectural work with low plot ratio. But it was contradictory tocommercial requirements and the client's subjective demands. In response, we gathered small-volume buildings to form a large-scale, cluster-style and enclosed spatial layout.
Nghiên Cứu: Based on site investigation, we obtained the basic data about its landform and vegetation conditions. By studying local historical documents, we learnt about the characteristics of local house clusters. Moreover, we spent time living with local residents, to understand local living habits, building features and surroundings. On this basis, we incorporated commercial functions that the project required into the site, to realize new construction goals while retaining traditional characteristics.
Cảm Hứng: In the context of new urbanization, Pingxiangscientifically protects the cultural heritage ofTianzhong Ancient Town, shows local cultural characteristics, and improves its urban culture, all of which are the new highlights of the city's modern development. The Ancient Town Reservoir (Wetland Park)combines parkdevelopment and ancient town protection, with humanistic landscapes and historical and culturalsitecomplementing each other, creating an important cultural landscape with a long history and the largest scale in Pingxiang.
