Book Text: Dòng Sông Ở Khắp Mọi Nơi là một thiết kế nội thất nhà ở cho một căn hộ rộng 200 mét vuông tại thành phố Đài Bắc. Thiết kế lấy cảm hứng từ dòng sông gần đó và chủ đề về một hành trình tâm linh. Trần nhà khu vực lối vào được cải tạo thành một đường cong mềm mại. Các lớp khoảng mở trên vách ngăn phòng khách tạo nên những mảng bóng đổ gợi nhớ đến hàng cây nhìn từ dòng sông. Bề mặt thạch cao được hoàn thiện thủ công nhằm mang lại vẻ sạch sẽ, tươi sáng cho không gian mở. Một quầy ăn được thiết kế riêng bằng đá cẩm thạch và tấm nhựa, với chân đỡ là tấm gương uốn cong, đặt ở vị trí trung tâm của không gian.

- Creating a journey on the river for the flow of space of the owners, Upon entering a 200-square-metre apartment, its living room’s the refined textures that first impress. The ceiling of entry was remodelled to create a sleek curved line, rhythm bores applied on partition walls in the living room were elegantly layered across the space to reflect the shadow of trees, like the scene from the river.

- By hand-craft plaster and specialist trades, the house creates an opportunity to experience the interior as a series of surfaces and textures.
We also hoped that utilising a tactile selection of material would give the space’s open floor plan a clean, brightly quality.
Dominating the centre of space is a bespoke dining counter crafted from marble and plastic sheet inlaid with a curved shape mirror leg where the sculptural object can slightly reflect natural lights and shadow movements. - Thử Thách Thiết Kế

- Chinese had been developed the Xin Dian area along the river by boat since 1909. Nowadays, the development of the area has been built for river sightseeing and urban community.
The purpose of the research of the site location is to try to find out a connection between the background of the owner, the change of Xin Dian and its impacts through “homospatial thinking”.

The client’s background and story recall the character from the novel “Siddhartha” by Hermann Hesse.

- The keyframe is how to convert the invisible concept into the visible objects in the space.
Especially the concept is from a character who has been learned and experienced through the river.
We took the scenes that he saw, the means that he seeking to be free and open to profound in the inner of peace, to transforming the philosophy that we felt from the role in the book into the design processes.
We used the natural materials and form of function objects to complement the apartment’s placid interior.
