Giới thiệu Apollo Bàn Ăn

Apollo là chiếc bàn ăn phiên bản giới hạn được thiết kế cho không gian nội thất mở hiện đại. Bàn có chỗ ngồi cho tối đa bốn người, với kích thước 140 x 140 centimét và chiều cao 76 centimét. Kết cấu được làm từ ống thép không gỉ, tạo hình bằng công nghệ cắt laser, tiện và phay năm trục, sau đó được hàn, mài và đánh bóng thủ công. Mặt bàn kính cường lực đặt trên tám trụ nhô lên, cho phép lắp ráp và tháo rời nhanh chóng. Chân bàn tích hợp hệ thống điều chỉnh chiều cao ẩn. Hình dáng đối xứng được lấy cảm hứng từ mô-đun đổ bộ mặt trăng Apollo 13.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: Laser cutting, lathe turning and five-axis CNC milling of stainless-steel parts, careful manual welding and grinding, superior quality polishing to nautical finish or brushed to preference. Stainless steel is coated with an extra durable high gloss clear finish. Tempered glass is used for the tabletop.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: Outsourcing the manufacturers to fabricate the parts to specification lasted several months. A workforce capable of top-quality execution for the welding, grinding and polishing was selected after multiple iterations and prototypes. The state-of-the-art manufacturing process and high-end equipment were chosen for production. The quality of workmanship and precision of fabrication was put to the test during the final assembly and placement of the glass tabletop on the pillars.
Nghiên Cứu: The project started with the idea to create an exclusive piece of furniture, mainly planned for a five-star hotel and luxury apartment interiors, in superior quality, using enduring materials and the latest production technologies. No expense was spared. The product required a high level of precision and very skilful manual workmanship. A characteristic form composed of angularly arranged rectangular tubes was selected to keep the weight to a minimum while providing maximal structural stability.
Cảm Hứng: The goal of the project was to create a piece that establishes dominance in modern open-space interiors, an object that radiates luxury using the only minimalistic architectural form and fine details, a product with a powerful presence. The object form is inspired by the Apollo 13 Lunar Module.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The project research, conceptualization, development, and optimization for production lasted for two years, it was coordinated from Malta, and executed in the EU.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: Seats up to 4 people for an exclusive dining ambience. Allows quick assembly and disassembly, since the glass top can be securely placed in position on the table structure by simply inserting the connecting elements into the eight protruding pillars. The legs have a concealed height adjustment system with double feet design.
