Giới thiệu Reusable Cốc Gấp Gọn

Reusable là một chiếc cốc gấp gọn được thiết kế cho các loại đồ uống sử dụng bên ngoài nhà. Cốc có thể gấp lại thành hình dạng nhỏ gọn, vừa vặn trong túi quần hoặc túi xách. Reusable được làm từ silicone đạt chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm và nhựa không chứa BPA, được tạo hình bằng phương pháp ép phun. Cốc có dung tích 250 ml, kích thước rộng 87 mm và cao 122 mm. Để mở cốc, kéo phần vành trên lên cho đến khi khóa cố định vào vị trí. Để gấp cốc lại, ấn phần vành xuống cho đến khi cốc gập phẳng. Reusable mang đến một giải pháp thay thế cho cốc dùng một lần, góp phần giảm thiểu rác thải.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: The foldable cup design was achieved through iterative prototyping using CAD software. We employed injection molding for precision in mass production, utilizing food-grade silicone and BPA-free plastic to ensure safety and durability.

Creatively, we faced the obstacle of ensuring the cup could fold efficiently without compromising its structural integrity. The final concept of the foldable cup emerged as a response to countless iterations, material testing, paper prototyping, and 3D printing.

Paper prototypes were used for proportion and geometry relationships, and 3D printing prototyping with soft plastics was used to test shape and thicknesses. Followed by extensive research on materials from which to manufacture.

Inspired by the beauty of simplicity and functionality followed by the quest to create a solution that combines convenience with sustainability. Reusable boasts a unique collapsible design that transforms it from a full-sized cup into a compact, pocket-friendly form factor.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The idea was born in 2019, but the project commenced in January 2023 and concluded in April 2024. The design and development phases took place in Bulgaria. This timeline allowed for extensive research, prototyping, and user testing, ensuring the final product met high standards of functionality and sustainability.
