Giới thiệu Manzo Nội thất phòng ngủ
Manzo là bộ sưu tập nội thất phòng ngủ bao gồm một tủ ngăn kéo rộng, một tủ ngăn kéo tiêu chuẩn và một tủ đầu giường. Thiết kế lấy cảm hứng từ sự giao thoa giữa ánh sáng và bóng tối khi ánh nắng xuyên qua tán lá cây. Hai chất liệu được kết hợp sao cho mỗi loại vẫn giữ được nét đặc trưng riêng đồng thời hỗ trợ cho tổng thể. Phần thân được làm từ gỗ dán phủ veneer óc chó, giúp loại bỏ nhu cầu dán cạnh. Tất cả các đường cong được ép trong một khuôn duy nhất, phần trên được chạm khắc bằng máy CNC và hoàn thiện bằng sơn polyurethane bán mờ. Tấm kính có thể được thay thế nếu bị hư hỏng.

- The whole body of this product-set is made by Plywood. to emphasize the feeling of being natural and at the same time not needing to be edge-banding. All the bends can be made by the same plywood press mold, so that costs and optimal production methods are considered. Also, we considered the final layer of plywood to be a walnut veneer to create a more attractive finish. The upper part is created by CNC carving the curve and finally it is finished with a semi-matte polyurethane paint coating. And finally, the part where the glass is placed is designed so that it can be replaced in case of damage. Also, we considered the connections in such a way that the possibility of after-sales service can be performed in an optimal process.

- Attaching the glass to the painted plywood body in the design of the large Manzo drawer was one of the main challenges we faced in this project. We dedicated a significant amount of time to exploring and designing various details to achieve an ideal balance between aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability. Each proposed solution was carefully evaluated from both a technical and aesthetic perspective. After testing and reviewing multiple options, we ultimately selected a design that not only addressed this challenge effectively but also met our design goals perfectly.
