Giới thiệu Talash Đèn Thả Trần

Talash là một mẫu đèn thả trần được làm từ phoi đồng thau ép. Phoi đồng là sản phẩm phụ của quá trình gia công cơ khí, được thu gom từ sản xuất nhà máy và nén dưới áp suất cao thành các chao đèn nguyên khối. Kết cấu nén tạo ra hoa văn riêng biệt trên mỗi sản phẩm, hình thành những hiệu ứng ánh sáng khác nhau khi góc độ và cường độ chiếu sáng thay đổi. Lớp sơn bóng trong suốt hoặc lớp phủ nano-ceramic giúp bảo vệ đồng thau khỏi quá trình oxy hóa, đồng thời giữ được sắc vàng đặc trưng. Mỗi bộ đèn nặng khoảng ba đến năm kilogam, sử dụng đui đèn tương thích với đèn LED, cho ánh sáng ấm hoặc trung tính.

The texture of compressed shavings creates a unique visual appeal, with each piece distinct in its natural randomness. Emphasizing sustainability, it highlights the interplay of texture, light, and material. A protective coating prevents oxidation, ensuring durability and preserving its golden hue over time.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: The fixture is crafted from pressed brass shavings with a protective coating. It features LED-compatible fittings, offering warm and neutral light options. The weight varies by model, approximately 3-5 kg per fixture. A 150 cm cable with an on/off switch is included. The surface finish showcases a natural brass texture with a matte protective coating.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: It utilizes a high-pressure pressing technique to transform brass shavings into solid, structured forms suitable for lighting fixtures. The process involves collecting the daily production of approximately tons of brass shavings from the factory, which are then compressed into durable shapes. To prevent oxidation and ensure the longevity of the brass components, a clear protective lacquer is applied after pressing. Alternatively, a nano-ceramic coating can be used to provide an eco-friendly and long-lasting protective layer while maintaining the natural metallic appearance.

Balancing durability with the delicate appearance of the compressed shavings required precise technical adjustments and several rounds of prototyping.

Retaining its organic texture, Talash preserves its essence while symbolizing the pursuit of new possibilities in overlooked materials.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The 'Talash' project started in early 2024 and was completed in mid-2024 ın Istanbul, Türkiye. The project involved close collaboration between design and production teams, focusing on material research, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: Lighting fixtures in the Talash Collection are designed for both residential and commercial use. Installation is straightforward: the compressed brass shade is mounted on a compatible fixture base. The luminaire can be turned on and off using a switch integrated into the power cable. The texture of the pressed brass creates varying light patterns, offering an interactive visual experience that changes with different lighting angles and intensities.
