Giới thiệu Patia Thùng Rác
Patia là thùng rác đạp chân được thiết kế để sử dụng trong nhà bếp. Các sọc dọc trên thân thùng đóng vai trò như gân gia cường. Họa tiết lồi lõm giúp tăng độ bền và ngăn ngừa móp méo trong quá trình vận chuyển. Thân thùng được làm từ thép cán nguội, cắt bằng laser và tạo hình trên dây chuyền cán liên tục. Nắp và bàn đạp chân được tạo hình bằng khuôn dập. Chỉ cần đạp nhẹ lên bàn đạp, nắp sẽ mở ra từ từ, sau đó tự trở về vị trí đóng, nhờ vậy tránh được việc tiếp xúc với bên trong thùng. Through precise mechanical calculation and structural design, and by using the convex and concave elements of the stripes on the barrel body, it serves as a reinforcing rib for the product, preventing it from deforming during transportation. Finally, through continuous refinement of the 3D model and sample verification, this striped trash can was designed.

- Market research has found that most similar products remain at the stage of undesigned smooth surface treatment, which is prone to deformation during transportation. Moreover, they are homogenized and lack a sense of design. We have innovatively adopted 0.8mm thickened cold-rolled steel plates. Through a precise rolling process, the stripes present a three-dimensional drop of 10mm, which not only enhances the compressive resistance but also improves the product's aesthetic appeal.

- Traditional metal trash cans usually dent and deform due to impact during transportation. The load-bearing structure in buildings inspires us to transform functional reinforcing ribs into decorative stripes. Each concave and convex vertical pattern is not only the "skeleton" of the barrel, supporting the stability of the product, but also creating a sense of rhythm through the refraction of light and shadow.

- Operating this type of trash can is very simple and intuitive. The user only needs to gently step on the trash can lid, and it will automatically slowly lower and open without the need for manual lifting. After putting away the garbage, the lid will automatically return to its original position. The entire process does not require touching the inside of the trash can, effectively preventing hand contamination and the spread of odors.
