The goal was to identify friction in physical workflows and software interactions. Research revealed a mismatch between static desktop tools and dynamic, movement-based tasks. Through scenario testing and iterative prototyping, the team developed mobile-first flows, location-aware interfaces, and QR-enabled actions that align with how users move, think, and act in real-world environments.

By observing their workflows, pain points, and physical environments, we uncovered critical mismatches between static desktop tools and their dynamic, movement-based work. This insight inspired a mobile design that mirrors real-world logic, reduces friction, and empowers users to act confidently while in motion.
