Giới thiệu Lantern Transformation Bao Bì Bánh Trung Thu

Lantern Transformation là hộp thiếc đựng bánh trung thu được thiết kế cho dịp Tết Trung Thu. Hộp được làm từ thiếc tấm an toàn thực phẩm, tạo hình bằng công nghệ dập chính xác và hàn liền mạch. Bề mặt bên ngoài mang họa tiết chim và hoa vẽ tay, được bảo vệ bởi lớp phủ chống thấm nước. Sau khi bánh trung thu được thưởng thức, nắp hộp được lật ngược và khớp vào vị trí như một chao đèn lồng. Mô-đun chiếu sáng tích hợp sau đó được bật lên, và chiếc hộp thiếc rỗng trở thành một chiếc đèn tạo không gian ấm cúng. After the mooncakes are enjoyed, the packaging undergoes a purposeful transformation: the lid is flipped to become a shade, instantly converting the empty tin into an elegant paper lantern-style ambient light with a soft, warm glow. This innovative dual-lifecycle design combats waste by turning disposable packaging into a lasting decorative object, seamlessly blending traditional Chinese mid-autumn symbolism with modern sustainable practice.

The core obstacle was engineering the lid’s dual function as both a secure seal and a stable lantern shade, while integrating lighting electronics suitable for a food package and ensuring the entire system remained affordable and easy to use for the consumer.

The designer sought to reimagine these cultural elements into a contemporary package that preserves the warm, inviting glow of the lantern. This fusion results in functional packaging that connects the celebration to cultural roots.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The project was completed in August 2024. It launched for sale immediately upon finalization, with production and distribution commencing in the same period.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: The product serves two distinct phases. In its primary phase, it functions as a protective and decorative mooncake tin. In its secondary phase, the empty tin is repurposed: the user flips the lid, which clicks into place as a lantern shade, and activates the integrated light switch. This simple action transforms it into a standalone ambient lamp, casting light through the hand-painted motifs. The intuitive, tool-free transformation is central to the design, emphasizing ease of use and encouraging sustainable behavior beyond the initial gift-giving occasion.
