Giới thiệu Frechal Terrace Nội thất Tòa nhà Chung cư

Dự án này tập trung vào không gian chung của một tòa nhà chung cư và cách chúng có thể làm phong phú thêm cuộc sống hằng ngày của cư dân. Thay vì lặp lại những căn phòng tương tự nhau, thiết kế giới thiệu các khu vực có sự khác biệt rõ rệt xuyên suốt tòa nhà, mỗi khu vực mang một cá tính và bầu không khí riêng. Ý tưởng là tạo ra một trải nghiệm không gian tương tự như dạo bước qua một thành phố nhỏ, nơi việc di chuyển giữa các không gian trở thành một hành trình khám phá. Một mục tiêu quan trọng khác là đưa vào những môi trường hiếm khi tồn tại bên trong một ngôi nhà thông thường, mở rộng phạm vi các hoạt động và trải nghiệm dành cho cư dân.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: This is a set of shared spaces of a residential building. The main purpose of the project was to create distinctive areas so that the users could feel like walking around a city and experiencing different spaces while in the same building.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: 475 square meters including different spaces as: main foyer, reception room, barbecue room, game room, wine bar, garages, staircases, kids room, gym, indoor pool, outdoor spaces.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: Two main color palletes were used in this project: terracota and gray. Each set was used in different spaces for different purposes. The terracota pallete was used in the most inviting spaces, as the main foyer and the reception room. The gray pallete was saved for more intimate spaces, as the wine bar, that resembles a geometric cave, and the game room.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The main challenge of this concept was to be very creative inside the limits of the existing project.
Nghiên Cứu: The design process for the shared spaces of this residential building started with the idea of treating the building almost like a small city. Instead of repeating the same type of room, each area was intentionally designed to feel different from the others, creating variety and a sense of discovery as residents move through the building.

From this concept, the spaces were planned to function like urban destinations—places where people could pause, meet, relax, or spend time in different ways. Another key goal was to introduce environments that typically wouldn’t exist inside a conventional home. By doing this, the project expands what residents can experience within the building, turning everyday circulation into a richer and more engaging spatial journey.
Cảm Hứng: A small-scale city with different languages and amenities. Each space has a special character and a unique design, to instigate the users and inspire them.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The project started in November 2024 and finished in September 2025. It is located in Balneario Picarras, Brazil.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: This is a project for shared spaces in a residential building. Instead of making everything look the same, the design creates very different areas throughout the building, so residents feel almost like they’re walking through a small city while moving between spaces. The idea was also to include places you normally wouldn’t find in a typical home, giving residents new experiences and ways to enjoy the building.
