ST5 là một chiếc xe điện scooter được thiết kế cho việc di chuyển trong đô thị. Khung xe được làm từ thép carbon cấp độ ô tô, được ghép nối bằng công nghệ gia công kim loại tấm chính xác và các khớp nối ẩn. Hệ thống treo bốn cấp, được điều chỉnh từ tay giảm chấn ô tô, hấp thụ các chấn động trên đường gồ ghề. Độ an toàn được hỗ trợ bởi phanh đĩa trước và sau, hệ thống phanh điện tử, kiểm soát lực kéo và đèn pha cảm biến tự động.
