בראַדקאָ איז אַ אינדוסטריעל בנין געפּלאַנט פֿאַר דער פּראָדוקציע פֿון זייגער-רימענעם און פּריכטיקע לעדער סחורות אין קאַסטעלו דע פּײַווע, פּאָרטוגאַל. די פֿאַבריק איז געפּלאַנט אַרום נאַטירלעכן ליכט. אַ צאָל דעכער-פֿענצטער זענען אַרויפֿגעשטעלט געוואָרן אויפֿן דאַך, כּדי דער פּראָדוקציע-פּלאַץ זאָל בלײַבן ליכטיק פֿאַר די אַרבעטער. שטיין פֿון דער געגנט איז גענוצט געוואָרן אויף דער אויסנוועניקסטער זײַט, צוזאַמען מיט גלאָז און שטאָל, כּדי צו פֿאַרבינדן דעם בנין מיט זײַן טעריטאָריע. גרויסע פֿאַרגלאָזטע פֿלעכן שאַפֿן טראַנספּאַרענץ צווישן דעם אינעווייניק און דער אַרומיקער לאַנדשאַפֿט. דער פּראָיעקט איז דורכגעפֿירט געוואָרן צווישן 2019 און 2020.

Bradco פֿאַבריק בנין איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין בראָנדז, אַן העכסט פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו אויסגעצייכנטע דיזײַנס וואָס שטעכן אַרויס מיט קרעאַטיוויטעט, דערפֿינדונג און קלוגשאַפֿט. בראָנדז-געווינער זענען זייער בקיאותדיקע און אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק קרעאַטיווע אַרטיפֿאַקטן וואָס באַשטעטיקן די ברייטע דערפֿאַרונג, פֿאַנטאַזיע און דערפֿינדונג-קראַפֿט פֿון זייערע דיזײַנערס. פֿון Bradco פֿאַבריק בנין ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ הויך געשעצטע, באַוווּנדערטע און ליבע זאַך וואָס איז אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק פּראָפֿעסיאָנעל און אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין בראָנדז פֿאַראײניקט די בעסטע פּראַקטיקן אין קונסט, וויסנשאַפֿט, דיזײַן און טעכנאָלאָגיע, און איז אויסגעצייכנט פֿאַר זײַן אויפֿמערקזאַמקייט צו דעטאַלן. - Bradco, the Industrial Unit. The factory that produces luxury in Portugal! Located in the municipality of Castelo de Paiva. The industry is distinguished by the fact that it is a company with a lot of light, unlike many.

- The objective of this industry was to create a methodology that would provide greater relevance within the building: light. Several skylights were designed on the factory roof so that the interior would convey a better state of mind to the employees. Stone from the region was used abroad to link the building to the territory where it belongs.

- Bradco was a huge creative challenge for EM Paralelo. It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.

- Bradco industry is an industrial unit in Castelo de Paiva. With the objective of strengthening research and technological development and Innovation, a process that has led, above all, to the increase in jobs, the company of the Swiss business group Brasport activated an investment of more than 3.1 million euros, with financing of more of 1.5 million euros. Company in the sector of manufacture of bracelets and luxury leather goods, in which it assumes itself as a leader.

- The inspiration for this project was above all the challenge of designing a different industry with local characteristics.
Materials such as stone from the region, glass and steel were explored.
The landscape was very important in defining the project as it allowed a lot of transparency between the interior and the exterior.

- Brasport is in charge of several production sites and each year manufactures more than two million watch straps and leather goods for all market segments.
