עדי הויז איז א איין-משפחה וווינהויז געלעגן אין טערעסינא, בראזיל, א געגנט מיט א זייער וואַרעם קלימאַט. דאָס הויז אָפערירט 495 קוואַדראַט מעטער געבויטע פּלאַץ אויף א פּלאַץ פֿון 814 קוואַדראַט מעטער. דער גרונט-שטאָק האַלט אין זיך די קיך, גאַראַזש, וווינצימער און עסצימער און א פּאַטיאָ, בשעת די שלאָפצימערן זענען פּלאַצירט אויפן ערשטן שטאָק. א געזעלשאַפטלעכער פּלאַץ פֿאַר זאַמלען זיך און רוען איז אַנטפּלעקט אויפן דאַך. די ווענט זענען געמאַכט פֿון קעראַמישע ציגל, די סטרוקטור פֿון בעטאָן, און דער דאַך פֿון טערמאָ-אַקוסטישע אַלומיניום טאַפליעס. פֿאַרברענטע האָלץ עקראַנען און אינטעגרירטע גרינע פּלעצער פֿאַרמינערן די היץ אינעווייניק.

AD House איין-משפחה וווינהויז איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין אײַזן, אַן פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו גוטע דיזײַנס וואָס טרעפֿן די פּראָפֿעסיאָנעלע און ינדוסטריעלע פֿאָדערונגען וואָס מען דערוואַרט פֿון גוט-דיזײַנטע באַשאַפֿונגען. אײַזן-געווינער ווײַזן גרויסע בקיאות, הויכע ספּעציאַליזאַציע, מומחה-פֿאַרשטאַנד און קרעאַטיווע פֿעיִקייט פֿון זייערע שאַפֿער. פֿון AD House איין-משפחה וווינהויז ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ הויך געשעצטע, באַוווּנדערטע און ליבע באַשאַפֿונג וואָס איז פּראַקטיש און אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין אײַזן פֿאַראײניקט די בעסטע פּראַקטיקן פֿון דער ענף און האָט בקיאותדיקע טעכנישע אייגנשאַפֿטן פֿאַרבונדן מיט וויסן און טאַלאַנט. - אייגנאַרטיקע אייגנשאַפֿטן
- The projects consists of a 495 sqm of constructed space. Located in Teresina, Brazil, a very warm region, the house protects its residents of the heat integrating green spaces within the house. The grounf floors consists of a kitchen, garage, living and dining rooms, patio and other dependencies. The first floor is the privative space where is located the bedrooms. The rooftop consists of a communal space where residents can gather and relax.

- The house is located on a 33m x 33m x 38m x 13m site. It has 495 sqm of constructed space on a 814sqm site

- The walls were made using ceramic bricks, the structure was made using concrete and the roof was made using thermo-acoustic aluminum tiles. The brise soleils were made using a japanese technique of Shou Sugi Ban which consist of burning wood to better preserve it.
- דיזײַן-אויסדערונג
- The structure of the house was the most complicated part, since there is a swimming pool on the second floor which can be viewed from the ground floor. The entire house is constructed on concrete pillars. Charred wood was also used by design choice since it can preserve wood for a very long period.

- The entire house was designed by Flavio Franco. The design process took about one month to complete. The architect wanted to design a house that incorporate a lot of green spaces and it has a swimming pool floating above the ground floor. The finished result is a house that blends in the landscape and it looks very light.
- אינספּיראַציע
- The main inspiration for this house was the surrounding landscape, since the site is located on the highest part of the location. One of the design principles was to use this so the residents could have the best views available in the region. The house is integrated with nature and its surroundings using light materials and transparencies.
