דאָס געבויד שטייט אויף אַ שיפּערדיקן פּלאַץ, דער צווייטער שטאָק איז די עפֿנטלעכע זאָנע, אַרײַנגערעכנט דעם אַרײַנגאַנג, וווינצימער, עסצימער און קיך, בעת דער ערשטער שטאָק איז די פּריוואַטע זאָנע, אַרײַנגערעכנט דעם שלאָפֿצימער פֿון פּאָר און קינדער צימער. ווי דערמאָנט אויבן, איז דער אַרײַנגאַנג אויפֿן צווייטן שטאָק, און ווײַל דאָס געבויד איז אויף אַ שיפּ, זעט די פֿאַסאַד אויס ווי אַ איין-שטאָקיק הויז. די אויסערלעכע פֿאַרענדיקונג איז געמאַכט מיט שוואַרצן נאַטירלעכן שיפֿער שטיין און מאַרמאָר-ענלעכע פּליטקעס אויף די אויסערלעכע ווענט און צוימען, און אַקצענטירט מיט הילצערנע גיטער-אַרבעט און ווײַסע פֿאַרב צו שאַפֿן אַ סטאַטלעכע אָבער מיטלמעסיק ווייכע אַטמאָספֿער.

Majestic וווינהויז איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין בראָנדז, אַן העכסט פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו אויסגעצייכנטע דיזײַנס וואָס שטעכן אַרויס מיט קרעאַטיוויטעט, דערפֿינדונג און קלוגשאַפֿט. בראָנדז-געווינער זענען זייער בקיאותדיקע און אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק קרעאַטיווע אַרטיפֿאַקטן וואָס באַשטעטיקן די ברייטע דערפֿאַרונג, פֿאַנטאַזיע און דערפֿינדונג-קראַפֿט פֿון זייערע דיזײַנערס. פֿון Majestic וווינהויז ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ הויך געשעצטע, באַוווּנדערטע און ליבע זאַך וואָס איז אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק פּראָפֿעסיאָנעל און אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין בראָנדז פֿאַראײניקט די בעסטע פּראַקטיקן אין קונסט, וויסנשאַפֿט, דיזײַן און טעכנאָלאָגיע, און איז אויסגעצייכנט פֿאַר זײַן אויפֿמערקזאַמקייט צו דעטאַלן. אייגנאַרטיקע אייגנשאַפֿטן: This is a two-family house where different generations coexist.
It is a two-story, wood-frame building on a sloping site.
The entrance is on the second floor, which makes it look like a one-story house from the facade. The eaves are a maximum of 2 meters high, giving the house a strong presence.
The exterior walls are finished with black natural stone, creating an imposing facade design.

דיזײַן-אויסדערונג: The design process was extremely difficult because of the sloping site.It would not have been easy to solve all the problems such as the impact on the neighboring site, the ground improvement work plan, and the sunlight plan, and to create a building with a beautiful, functional, and universal appearance.
פֿאָרשונג: This is a two-family house for an elderly mother and her two young children.
In order for people of different generations to be able to coexist, the zoning was devised in such a way that they share a living room while ensuring privacy for each other.
The mother's private room, living room, kitchen, and spacious tray are located on the second floor, where the entrance is located, in order to avoid stairs and other steps for the elderly mother as much as possible.
אינספּיראַציע: The building sits on a sloping site, with the entrance on the second floor, so from the façade it appears to be a one-story building. The exterior walls and fences are covered with natural slate stone and marble tiles, accented with wooden latticework and white paint, creating a design that is both stately and moderately soft.
The interior is a complete change from the exterior, with white and wood grain as the base colors, accented with glaze, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.

אָפּעראַציע-פֿלוס: The entrance is on the second floor and serves as the main floor.The living room, dining room, and kitchen are seamlessly connected.The living room floor is two steps lower than the dining room and kitchen, and this difference in level sometimes functions as a bench.There is also a private room for the elderly mother, creating a space where all family members of different generations can relax.
