באַאַן דוסיטאַנאָן איז אַ פיר-שטאָקיקע וווינונג מיט אַ מעצאַנין-שטאָק, וואָס געפינט זיך אין אַ פאַרנומענער שטאָטישער געגנט. דער בנין איז אַרומגענומען מיט אַ פאַסאַד פון ווערטיקאַל אויסגעשטעלטע און לייכט פאַרדרייטע לוּווערס געמאַכט פון הויך-שטאַרקן אַלומיניום. די לוּווערס פאַרשטעלן דעם אינעווייניק פון דרויסנדיקע בליקן, בשעת די שטאָט בלייבט זעבאַר פון אינעווייניק. דער פאַסאַד דינט אויך ווי אַ טערמישער בופער און ראַמט איין פלאַנצן-שטחים צווישן דעם שירעם און די ווענט. אויף יעדן שטאָק געפינען זיך האַלב-פּריוואַטע וווין-שטחים אין פאָרנט און שלאָפצימערן אין הינטן. אַ טאָפּל-הויכער וווין-חלל אויפן פערטן שטאָק עפנט זיך צום שטאָט-לאַנדשאַפט.

Dusitanon וווינונג איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין זילבער, אַן אויסערגעוויינלעך פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו שיינע, דערהויבענע און איבערצײַגנדיקע שפּיץ-דיזײַנס. זילבער-געווינער זענען העכסט בריליאַנטע און זייער קרעאַטיווע ווערק וואָס ילוסטרירן די אויסגעצייכנטע מומחיות, טאַלאַנט און שאַרפֿזיניקייט פֿון זייערע דיזײַנערס. פֿון Dusitanon וווינונג ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ וווּנדערלעך, מוסטערהאַפֿט ווערק וואָס איז אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק פּראָפֿעסיאָנעל און טיף אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין זילבער איז אַ זייער אויפֿפֿאַלנדיקע, באַוווּנדערטע דערפֿינדונג וואָס ברענגט נוצן און שטופּט פֿאָרויס די גרענעצן פֿון קונסט, וויסנשאַפֿט, דיזײַן און טעכנאָלאָגיע. - אייגנאַרטיקע אייגנשאַפֿטן
- Baan Dusitanon is a four-story residence with a mezzanine level, enveloped by a distinctive façade, located in the heart of the city. Given its urban setting, the surrounding environment is bustling with both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
The primary design objective was to create a sense of privacy for the residents while maintaining a seamless connection to the city. The building’s vertically aligned and subtly twisted façade panels act as a visual screen, shielding the interior from external views without creating a sense of confinement. This design allows residents to enjoy unobstructed views of the surroundings while ensuring privacy.
Beyond aesthetics, the façade serves as a thermal buffer, reducing direct heat exposure to the main structure. The space between the façade and the building itself accommodates greenery and landscaped areas, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
The interior layout is divided into two primary zones:
• The front section of each floor serves as a semi-private living area, fostering interaction and openness.
• The rear section is dedicated to private bedrooms, ensuring tranquility for the residents.
On the fourth floor, a double-height living space provides an expansive view of the cityscape, enhancing the sense of openness within the residence. - מאָסן און פּאַקונג
- The façade is designed with privacy and functionality in mind, featuring vertically aligned angled louvers that effectively block external views. This vertical arrangement minimizes dust accumulation and water retention on the surface.
Constructed from high-strength aluminum, the louvers have an elliptical profile with tapered edges for durability and a sleek appearance. The supporting framework is discreetly hidden within the elliptical profiles, maintaining a clean and seamless exterior aesthetic - טעגס
