סערעניטי איז אַ צוויי־שטאָקיקער רעזידענציעלער אינערלעכער דיזיין מיט אַ גאַנצן שטח פֿון אַרום 158 קוואַדראַט מעטער. אַן אָפֿענער פּלאַן־אויסלייג פֿאַרבינדט די וווין־, עס־ און קיך־שטחים אַרום אַ סקולפּטוראַלער גלאָז־טרעפּ. גרויס־פֿאָרמאַטיקע פּאָרצעלײַ־קאַכלען פֿון 1200 אויף 2100 מילימעטער דעקן דעם דיל, און גלאַנציקע און מאַטע אויסאַרבעטונגען העלפֿן דעפֿינירן דעם אַרײַנגאַנג, וווינצימער און עס־שטח. די שאַפֿקעס זײַנען ספּעציעל געבויט אין מאַטן לאַקיר מיט אײַנגעזונקענע הענטלעך. ליניאַרע LED־באַלויכטונג איז אַרײַנגעזעצט אין סופֿיט־נישעס און פּאָליצע־גראָבן. די טרעפּ טיילט אָפּ די עפֿנטלעכע און פּריוואַטע שטחים.

Serenity רעזידענציעלער אינערלעכער דיזיין איז אַ געווינער פֿון דעם A' Design Award אין בראָנדז, אַן העכסט פּרעסטיזשע אָנערקענונג וואָס ווערט געגעבן צו אויסגעצייכנטע דיזײַנס וואָס שטעכן אַרויס מיט קרעאַטיוויטעט, דערפֿינדונג און קלוגשאַפֿט. בראָנדז-געווינער זענען זייער בקיאותדיקע און אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק קרעאַטיווע אַרטיפֿאַקטן וואָס באַשטעטיקן די ברייטע דערפֿאַרונג, פֿאַנטאַזיע און דערפֿינדונג-קראַפֿט פֿון זייערע דיזײַנערס. פֿון Serenity רעזידענציעלער אינערלעכער דיזיין ווערט דערוואַרט אַז עס איז אַ הויך געשעצטע, באַוווּנדערטע און ליבע זאַך וואָס איז אויפֿפֿאַלנדיק פּראָפֿעסיאָנעל און אינאָוואַטיוו. דער דאָזיקער געווינענדיקער דיזײַן פֿון A' Design Award אין בראָנדז פֿאַראײניקט די בעסטע פּראַקטיקן אין קונסט, וויסנשאַפֿט, דיזײַן און טעכנאָלאָגיע, און איז אויסגעצייכנט פֿאַר זײַן אויפֿמערקזאַמקייט צו דעטאַלן. קרעדיטן, טים-מיטגלידער און טעכנישע פּרטים באַשטעטיקט דורכן דיזײַנער.

אייגנאַרטיקע אייגנשאַפֿטן: This project showcases a modern residential interior emphasizing spatial clarity and emotional tranquility. An open-plan layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas around a sculptural glass staircase. Large-format tiled flooring, concealed lighting, and seamless cabinetry maintain visual calm. Functional zones are softly divided using materials and light, creating a minimalist yet richly layered experience.
מאָסן און פּאַקונג: This is a two-story residential interior with a total floor area of approximately 158 square meters and a ceiling height of 2.85 meters. Primary materials include 1200 x 2100mm marble-pattern continuous porcelain tiles, matte metal and skin-feel slatted panels, powder-coated steel elements, artistic wall finishes, LED linear lighting, and glass stair railings. All furniture and cabinetry were custom-designed to suit the layout, ensuring both functional and aesthetic coherence.

פּראָדוקציע-טעכנאָלאָגיע: The flooring features 1200 x 2100mm large-format continuous-pattern porcelain tiles, installed with a professional leveling system to ensure surface flatness. All cabinetry is custom-built in matte lacquer, integrating recessed handles and soft-close hardware for seamless functionality. Frameless tempered glass is fixed with embedded metal channels to maintain a clean, unobtrusive interface. Linear LED strips are recessed into ceiling coves and shelf grooves, with a low-voltage dimming system for both visual comfort and flexible illumination.
דיזײַן-אויסדערונג: The project involved combining two independent vertically stacked units into a single residence, which required structural reinforcement for a new interior staircase. Transporting large tiles was also a challenge, as they could not fit in the elevator and had to be crane-lifted. Visual heaviness was addressed by aligning structural elements with ceiling beams and using frameless glass railings for spatial clarity.
פֿאָרשונג: This design explores how spatial openness, material softness, and lighting influence emotional comfort in residential settings. Drawing from Japanese and Scandinavian minimalism, it prioritizes balance and proportion. Observations of how users navigate transitions between public and private zones informed the layout. Materials and lighting were chosen to reduce cognitive stress and enhance serenity.
אינספּיראַציע: The inspiration came from the desire to find calm in everyday life. Influenced by Japanese wabi-sabi and contemporary urban minimalism, the space was crafted to evoke emotional balance through natural textures, simple volumes, and quiet transitions. Every element—from lighting to stair detail—serves both function and feeling.
פּראָיעקט-דויער: The project was completed over a period of approximately six months, from October 2023 to April 2024. It is located in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
אָפּעראַציע-פֿלוס: The interior utilizes a combination of glossy and matte porcelain tiles along with linear lighting to subtly define the entrance, living room, and dining area within an open-plan layout. This zoning approach preserves spatial openness while enabling visual continuity and interaction. The staircase acts as a transitional element that clearly separates public and private domains without interrupting the overall flow.
