- Because the structure of the building was old and weak, the structure was reinforced with H-beams when a hole was dug in the wall between the two warehouses.

- Based on traditional building materials, it is integrated into the local tea culture.

- According to the current situation of this case, pure and simple elements such as rusted iron, solid wood and concrete floors are used to emphasize the traces of time while preserving the existing parts of building.
