关于 Smart wall 住宅室内设计

智慧墙是位于长沙的一个住宅室内设计项目。两面带有折线造型的斜墙收窄了原本较为开阔的楼梯视野,并遮挡了餐厅区域,将来客的动线自然引导至左侧的客厅。玄关与餐厅之间增设了一道隔墙,楼梯方向调整至左侧。原有过道经过改造,拓宽了地下室的投影墙面,使观影距离恢复至适宜尺度。最终呈现出布局更为清晰、动线更为顺畅且兼具多重功能的空间效果。

独特属性: Two inclined walls was designed with folding lines to tighten the vision of relatively large stairway and to set a visual block for the dining area, so as to lead guests directly to the living room on the left. A partition wall was built in between, and the direction of stairway changed to the left , also the existed aisle renovated to increase the width of projection wall, so as to make the sight distance normal.

设计挑战: We met the first design challenge at the hallway. The existed hallway was straightly open to the dining area, a relatively private area. The living room, a relatively public area, is on the left of the hallway with some height difference. And the second challenge we met was the dining area almost surrounded by aisles with no complete wall. The basement seemed not practicable to build a audio-visual hall on the existed left part as it was a too long space to make projection on the wall, and the width was not suitable either.

Thus, a stairway with several steps was set between the two. The left of basement seemed not practicable to build a audio-visual hall on the existed left part as it was a too long space to make projection on the wall, and the width was not suitable either.
