关于 Yango Starry Bay 销售中心

阳光城·星辰湾售楼中心位于中国福建省德化县,室内面积540平方米。设计汲取当地陶瓷窑炉的传统文化,以现代手法对窑炉形态进行解构与重组。砖砌单元通过重复排列形成韵律感,拱形结构赋予空间鲜明的性格特征,将室内空间与地域历史文化紧密相连。材料选用砖材、水磨石、青铜色拉丝不锈钢及乳胶漆。访客可在此查阅建筑规划、与销售经理洽谈并选购房屋。

独特属性: Designers use the “brick” element to give the space a sense of rhythm and use the “arch” element to shape the specific temperament, and therefore forming the connection with local history and culture.

研究: The project makes research of the traditional porcelain kiln culture in Dehua city, the design trend of the oriental culture as well as business development after culture involved in the consumption economy nowadays.
灵感: The project is located in Quanzhou City, which is known as the producing area of porcelain in China. Taking the location into consideration, designers take the porcelain kiln as the inspiration to build the space while deconstruct and reassemble the kilns which are with historical and cultural significance, integrating it into the interior area with modern design skills.
项目周期: The project is located in Dehua City, Fujian Province, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.
操作流程: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
