The team has come up with interior design mood boards to illustrate on the overall theme and communicates the feel of an interior space. Materials were selected in consideration of healthy living, stronger durability and easier maintenance, which is essential for a luxurious yet comfortable home living lifestyle.
The pandemic was a challenge for the team to complete the project as there were strict standard of procedure to adhere. One of the few laws were the limit of quantity of workers and limited working hours on site, hence the installation of the oversized granite slab was a huge challenge.
The case study performed by the team was the electricity supplied per unit due to the unit being on a high rise condominium. As the electrical appliances selection and ducted air conditioning system require higher consumption of incoming electricity supply.

Researched was also done on ways to deliver the materials to site due to lift size limitations, hence materials size has to fit in the lift size to be able to deliver. The team also studied on the incoming water supply pressure in order to maximise the functionality of the bath spa selection.
Design key of this project was to design a soothing and tranquil space as such that it depicts a holiday home. The main highlight on client's preference on natural elements such as solid wood and natural stones were the key elements to this beautiful space, adding a mysterious and masculine feel with dark hues to create a elegant and sleek visual impact.
