关于 Citystars Heliopolis 综合零售商业体
开罗之星（Citystars Heliopolis）是位于埃及的一座综合零售商业体，于2004年首次开业。该项目目前正在改造之中，总建筑面积达25万平方米。改造以一体化的整体思路，涵盖建筑、室内、照明、导视、景观与可持续性等多个方面。八个楼层横跨整个城市街区，弧形体量呼应尼罗河的流动之势。四座中庭分别命名为猎户座（Orion）、日食（Eclipse）、太阳（Solaris）与星港（Starport），共同塑造出室内空间格局。遮阳构筑物、湖面、树木与种植设计共同为场地降温。

- 独特属性
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- 灵感
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
