关于 Terrace 住宅建筑

Terrace（露台）是一座位于巴西圣卡塔琳娜州皮萨拉斯的度假公寓建筑。该建筑共25层、59个单元，高度达87米，建筑面积为11,179平方米。每户公寓均设有面朝大海的宽敞露台，重复排列的露台构成了整体感十足的立面，将首层与顶部的公共露台连为一体。建筑基座采用清水钢筋混凝土，与公寓框架中的滑动板扇形成对比与呼应。设计灵感源自曾经坐落于该场地上的老式海滨住宅。

独特属性: What differentiates Terrace from the others, its direct competitors in the city of Picarras, Santa Catarina, Brazil; it is its monolithic design with the repetition of terraces, which connect the ground floor with its connection with the beach, up to the upper collective terrace.

生产技术: Basically the Terrace is based on the use of exposed reinforced concrete at its base in counterpoint with the high technology of sliding panels in the apartment frames, as well as the entire leisure area (over the garages and on the upper terrace). We bring in this project a duality, between exposed concrete and natural materials with the high technology of the frames and finishes of the apartments.
设计挑战: The research has always been based on contemporary design, where the user is part of the process, even after the construction of the building. We seek in the conceptual bases of the participative design, the premises for the creation of this project, allied in the technological bases and the thought of the relationship of this project with the future.
研究: The design research focuses on the use of balconies and how they interact with the facade, with the aim of transforming the relationship of a residential building into a visual landmark on the beach that will be built. Data collection was carried out by searching for images of similar projects and monolithic design, presenting as a real result in business and society, the direct relationship of users and pedestrians, in and around them, as an icon.
灵感: This project was inspired by the old beach houses, which were on the site, where they always had balconies and terraces facing the sea. This great detail was the inspiration behind the project.
项目周期: The project started in October 2020 in Itajai and was completed in August 2021 in Itajai, and construction began in December 2021 in the city of Picarras / SC - Brazil, with the schedule for completion of the work for November 2024.
操作流程: Terrace allows the user to have apartments in a luxury condominium, facing the sea, with the characteristics of a residence with a large balcony - terrace, where the environments are connected by this large space.
