关于 Cover 住宅

这座住宅位于东京郊外一处高密度住宅区，由某大型房地产公司的设计师委托设计。踏入一层玄关，视线可穿过楼梯与浴室之间，一直延伸至宅邸深处。得益于庭院式的布局，私密性与静谧氛围得以保障，令人难以相信一墙之隔便是街道。二层与阁楼及大面积中空空间融为一体，形成了充分利用挑高优势的起居空间。

独特属性: The first-floor entrance offers a view between the staircase and the bathroom clear to the back of the property. Thanks to a courtyard-like layout that ensures privacy and a peaceful mood, it’s hard to believe the street is just on the other side of the wall. The second floor is integrated with a loft and large void, forming a living area that takes advantage of the high ceilings.

灵感: This home in a high-density residential district in Tokyo’s suburbs was commissioned by a designer at a large real estate company. The roof and exterior walls are constructed from metallic grey Galvalume which both forms a structural skin and protects the privacy of the residents by shielding the first floor from visibility from the street. A large opening in the roof brings in abundant natural light and makes the compact space feel more expansive.
