From an old 80's construction a new house was born. Fully reconstructed, updated, modernized, both outside and inside suffered full renovation in a modern style though respecting and inspired in the house age and character.
A very old and depleted house with poor construction techniques previously used. We had to turn it into a beatiful home for a new and modern family.
Our inspitration came from the clients' needs and preferences, from the location just by the beach, and from our kind of favourite lifestyle.
2 years. Mindelo, Vila do Conde, Northern Portugal
This rehabilitation is impressive because it transformed a 40 year-old house into a modern though classical beach house with all the comforts of modern life.
