关于 Interlude 住宅室内设计

《间奏》是台湾一处老屋翻新公寓的室内设计作品。该公寓屋龄19年，面积122.3平方米。设计以太空舱为概念重新规划格局，以弧形线条塑造各个区域。部分房间以玻璃隔断相连，避免封闭感，同时让自然光得以延伸。此处住宅服务于两位在家工作的居住者与三只猫。客用卫浴缩减为搭配摩洛哥花砖地面的洗手间，释放出的空间则成为安置猫砂盆的房间。窗边视野则特意为猫咪保留。

独特属性: The project focuses on the needs of people and the lifestyle of pet cats. The designer simplifies the original guest bathroom into a restroom with beautiful North African Moroccan floor tiles, and the extra space became a bathroom for the cats (where the cat litter box is placed). The master bedroom is reduced in size to allow for a wider bathroom space to accommodate a bathtub and double sinks. Moreover, the designer separates the original piano room into a yoga room and a reading room, and the small part of the space freed up is combined with the entrance to create a shoe closet and a storage room.
尺寸与包装: The designer updates the layout of the old apartment and recreated a smooth and elegant route with modern curved lines. Different from the stiffness of the conventional layout, the renovation forms a bright atmosphere in the space.

设计挑战: The challenge of the project is to create a diverse look with the concept of a space capsule. To avoid the feeling of confinement caused by the shape of the capsule, some of the compartments are connected by the glass. With the flow of light, the atmosphere becomes warmer and more harmonious.
研究: The project is a 19-year-old pre-owned apartment with 122.3 square meters, with four rooms, a living room, a dining room, and two bathrooms. The designer replans the layout, taking the concept of a space capsule, and uses curved lines to outline the areas to create a new look for the old apartment.
灵感: Sincere and strong love form a home that is close to each other. The designer takes the space capsule as the concept, turning the love of the couple into soft curved lines to outline a warm pattern with blue, white, and silver. The bold and bright tiles bring the space vibrantly and create a delicate rhythm of the home. Entering this home is like a dance for two with elegant steps, sounding like an interlude of love belonging to the couple.
项目周期: The project finished in November 2021 in Taiwan.
操作流程: The project serves 2 people and 3 cats. Both clients are home-based workers, so the designer creates their own work space and left the best window view for the cats in every corner of the home. Behind the sofa is a dark wood dining table that can be adjusted to a round or semi-circular shape to serve as a dining area and a work area for the hostess.
