沈阳中铁是一处占地2000平方米的销售中心室内设计项目。空间布局保持对称轴线,洽谈区与水吧相对而设。一侧围合成U形半封闭空间,可供落座、品茶与洽谈。设有展示书架与精细照明的书吧,亦可作为阅览室、社区空间或咖啡厅使用。几何构成、秩序感与相互咬合的体块主导着整体平面规划。主要材料包括石材、不锈钢、铝板、艺术玻璃、烤漆板、木饰面与亚克力。
