关于 Marilyn 手镯

玛丽莲是一款专为正式与半正式场合设计的手镯。流动的造型演绎出海边的卷发与轻风。玛丽莲采用再生的非镀层14K金(亦称585金)制成,产自芬兰松卡耶尔维。作品运用失蜡铸造与传统金匠工艺打造,表面经过抛光处理。手镯贴合手腕的形状与骨骼结构,佩戴时稳固而舒适。饰品可根据手型进行塑形调整。设计目标是打造一件体量大而醒目、佩戴起来却依然轻盈的作品。

独特属性: Marilyn bracelet is flowy and showy. It expresses curls and wind by the beach. This polished and golden jewelry is made from recycled non-plated 14 carat gold at Sonkajarvi, Finland. The bracelet is well fitted and comfortable to wear. The jewelry set suites events and fine occasions.

生产技术: The Marilyn Bracelet is made from recycled 585 gold. It's made by lost was casting and traditional goldsmiths techniques. It has polished surface. The original 3d model was made from paper and silver.
设计挑战: The challenge of this design project was to create light and luxurious feeling into a celebrity inspired jewelry. It was to make the jewelry user feel the perfection and child like joy in design. It was also important to express the movement and bring Marilyn's personality in to the jewelry.
研究: In Marilyn jewelry project the main fields of study were in luxury feeling flowy design that expresses the actress Marilyn Monroes character and makes the jewelry user to feel itself confident and beautiful when appearing in events for dress code Formal or Semi-formal. It was also important to reach the feeling of steady and stable weightless wearability of big and showy jewelry. This was achieved with good balance experiments and several fittings with different body types.
灵感: Marilyn makes us think of how we treat people who live by publicity and being a star. Where is the line between personal life and show business or politics. Marilyns' life is well stored in photographs. Through them it s possible to see her as a human being who faces changes and winds of life. All though her hair might be done perfect she is still the same wild, loving and caring person as she was in the beginning of her career. She deserves to be admired as herself.
项目周期: The project started in January 2020 and finished in February 2024 in Sonkajarvi, Finland.
操作流程: The jewelry set is made to follow the users movements. It is made to be noticeable by the audience but not the user itself. The bracelet follows the shape of a wrist and bone structure to feel stable and fit. It can be shaped to fit ones hand.
