玫瑰园是一处占地2600平方米的售楼处室内空间。空间布局借鉴苏州古典园林的造园手法,如借景、对景、分景等,营造出移步换景、层次丰富的视觉体验。平面规划同时遵循法式宫廷设计的对称与均衡原则,以中轴对称的布局和几何形态赋予空间庄重典雅的气质。设计选用金属、实木、石材、皮革、树脂、亚克力与玻璃等材质,旨在将传统园林文化与现代设计语言融为一体。
