关于 Velaria 住宅室内设计

Velaria 是位于马来西亚槟城的一栋两层私人住宅，建筑面积达 4800 平方英尺。开放式布局将娱乐休闲区、吧台与餐厅区串联为一体，而主人套房则成为专属的私密静憩空间。意大利大理石、胡桃木与黄铜的运用，营造出温暖而优雅的氛围。居中设置的吧台成为社交聚会的核心，朝向泳池的景观视野则赋予空间宁静如酒店般的格调。设计中运用了定制木作、量身打造的家具以及一体化照明系统。配备感应照明的悬浮楼梯将上下两层空间自然连接。

独特属性: This luxurious private residence blends leisure and sophistication through refined spatial planning. It features open-plan zones, an integrated bar, and a private master suite. Rich materials like Italian marble, walnut, and brass create warmth and elegance.
