关于 QingZhu Lake 售楼中心室内设计

青竹湖是长沙的一处售楼中心,同时兼具小型图书馆的功能。室内面积达1200平方米,以大理石、玻璃与木地板饰面。各界面塑形取意于摊开书页的形态。静谧的空间氛围邀请访客驻足阅读,并重拾纸质书籍——当下诸多年轻读者更青睐电子读物。设计意图在于赋予建筑超越基本销售功能的价值。宁静的阅读氛围旨在引发思考,并留下悠长的记忆。

Designer hope that the building can make a progress and have self-actualization after accomplishing the initial mission instead of still remaining in a level just to solve basic fuction. 灵感: The design inspiration came from designer daughter. They like e-books and electronic products very much. In fact more and more teenagers abandon paper books which will bring many bad effects. Designer hope that through this place more people can return to the paper books.
项目周期: The project started in July 2018 in ChangSha and finished in October 2018 in ChangSha.
操作流程: In order to express desire designer created a quiet reading atmosphere by modelling the shape of pages of book in the space to arouse the power of reading which is being neglected by people in nowadays.It is peaceful and calm but full of power.It is believed that staying in such a space will inspire deep consideration and this experience will be a valuable memory.
