关于 Elegant Mansion 住宅大堂

「典雅府邸」是一座位於台中市的住宅大堂室內設計作品。大堂地面採用淺色大理石，並延伸至接待櫃檯後方的牆面。水晶吊燈點亮天花板，透過折射將光線散布於空間之中。接待區採挑高設計，搭配米白色沙發。以黑白色調構成的教室緊鄰落地窗，窗前垂掛通透的絲質窗簾。門窗高度達370公分。淺木色調的家教室與運動區則使整體規劃更臻完善。

独特属性: This residential project has implemented community greening to the exquisite neoclassical building, creating a poetic visual sentiment, as well as presenting the beauty of elegance via the combination of antique granite foundation with graceful aesthetics. The design team values symbiosis between safety and aesthetics, improving the overall safety spec for the structure to offer the residents with more stable sensation.

生产技术: On the right hand side is the mothering classroom, with color selection mainly based on classical black and white colors; this space is arranged with simple table and chairs with appropriate distance in between, allowing for emotional connection as well as the enjoyment of moments being alone, accompanied by gigantic French window on the side, the curtain material selected transparent silk texture, where sunlight may easily shine through the window and the symbiosis between natural light and artificial light further reinforced the visual effect.
设计挑战: The design for the sports area is completely different; colors used here are based mainly on pale wood colors as compared to the aforementioned black and white base tones, giving people a relaxing elegant spatial sentiment, while the gentle yellow light is adopted to create a cozy atmosphere.
研究: Going further inside, one will see a tutor room, where the base color tone is still based mainly on light marble colors with black on the side; the long table used black color to enhance graceful design sentiment, with potted plant placed on top, such that the ingenious idea embellished the vivid rhythm of the space.
灵感: The flooring of the lobby used light-colored marble extending to the wall behind the counter, unveiling the resplendent prelude to this art feast; the ceiling adopted exquisitely luxurious crystal chandelier, the crystal chandelier originated from the aristocrats of the Middle Ages, where the gorgeous style features sophisticated glass and crystal matrix, lighting up the space through refractions.
项目周期: The project finished on the first of December 2019 in Taichung City.
操作流程: The high-ceiling design above the reception area on the other side allowed the image to extend even further, thereby reducing visual stress; the gentle cream-colored sofa is selected to accentuate the elegant and graceful sense of layers.
