The 12 inner petals holding the central Amethyst stone are from 14K white gold and welded separately, with each one having a natural 1.6mm diamond set, 12 diamonds totaling 0.19tcw. The central stone is concave cut 12mm x10mm natural African Amethyst 4.5tcw.

The design is created the way where Amethyst, is held by side petals attached to the base separately, instead of prongs and they also have diamonds embedded in them in a unique way.
