金茂悦山係位於中國無錫嘅一個地產銷售中心,總面積1300平方米。室內設計採用新中式風格,融入咗當地嘅文化元素。空間佈局將銷售區域設於前方,而工作區域則設於後方。設計靈感源自附近嘅山水景色、禪意、茶道同書法藝術。主要材料包括大理石、灰色木飾面、青銅不鏽鋼構件、米色皮革、手繪牆紙同鋼絲玻璃。呢啲材料嘅選用亦充分考慮咗有限嘅預算。

獨特屬性: This property sales office features new Chinese style with local cultural elements.
It is composed by sales space in the front area and the working space in the back area.
尺寸同包裝: The total area is 1300 square meters.

生產技術: The main materials include marble, gray wood finishes, delicate bronze stainless steel components, beige leather, hand-painted wallpaper, wire glass, etc. The original plan designed a landscape painting stone. Due to the high cost, a landscape painting in silk-screened glass replaced the stone. And it also achieved good results.
設計挑戰: The main challenges are the adjustment in construction and short design period. It is a great challenge for the designers to work out a high quality construction drawings in a limited period of time. Due to the budget, the selection of material is also a challenge. To fulfill the task, the design team has divided the work reasonably and kept working on several weekends. Finally, the project has applied for high quality materials in a limited time and budget.
研究: After communication with the client, the design team worked out and adjusted the layout to meet the needs of client. The finalized plan is the co-working of the both sides. After completion, the overall effect of project has surpassed the original design expectations; and the feedback from the owner was also very good; it was also regarded as a typical project in the area for related personnel to visit and learn.
靈感: The inspiration comes from three aspects: the local mountain and river landscape, the Zen, the tea ceremony and calligraphic art.
項目時長: The project started in November 2017 and completed in April 2018. It is located in Wuxi, China.
操作流程: After investigating the project site, the design team took advantage of the scenic spot "Doosan" and integrated the surrounding natural landscape into the project. The mountain, water and tea are the main design elements in the sales office, fully showing the local culture.
