關於 Greenland International Expo City 售樓中心室內設計

綠地國際博覽城係一個位於濟南嘅售樓中心室內設計，面積達7000平方米。空間佈局以黃河為靈感，採用流動嘅線條，令整個空間充滿連貫感。洽談區、休憩區同兒童遊樂區連成一個功能館。典雅嘅棕色配上素雅嘅木色調，將東方氣韻同現代藝術融為一體。材料包括木雕、大理石、青銅同石雕、藝術繪畫以及大型藝術裝置。大堂內嘅大型屏幕展示住黃河嘅影像。

獨特屬性: The design integrates the flow of the Yellow River and flexibility of lines, giving the space a sense of coherence. And functional divisions connect with each other, hence achieving the metaphor of abstract aesthetics.
The whole space has a modest decoration with rhythm. The main hues of elegant brown color and plain wooden color form an integration of Oriental charm and modern art through a unique design, thus creating an attractive spirit.

設計挑戰: The challenge is to arrange the super aluminum grating structure and patterns of auspicious clouds, which is also a technical experiment and breakthrough.
In the lobby, a super-large LED screen (16m x 9m) is firstly used to show its senses of technology and shock. By simulating the image of the Yellow River running through the whole space, the way to use site-responsive elements enables the space to convey a poetic imagination and perception, thus welcoming people to enjoy the artistic place.
研究: Jinan is the gateway to the Yellow River. The mighty river starts from the mountains faraway and runs through many provinces and autonomous regions on its way to the Bohai Sea. And the length of the Yellow River running through Jinan reaches 183 km.
Inspired by the Chinese civilization and famous landscapes like Mount Tai, Yellow River and Baotu Spring in Jinan, the design intends to create a poetic space that fuses Oriental culture with the beauty of natural landscapes.

操作流程: Negotiation area, the area of lounge and children playing are linked as a fully functional humanistic living pavilion.
