關於 Kolektif 員工平台

Kolektif係一個網頁應用程式，員工可以喺度追蹤自己嘅人力資源工作同埋進行社交。喺呢個應用程式入面，佢哋可以創建同自訂自己嘅個人檔案頁面、關注公告，以及發布更新。與此同時，員工可以睇到同事嘅個人檔案、讚好佢哋嘅帖文，並瀏覽公司嘅動態故事。員工亦都可以透過感謝頁面向同事或者其他團隊表達謝意。新嘅資料庫就係透過所有呢啲個人輸入內容而建立，用嚟提供針對員工嘅培訓同活動建議。

獨特屬性: Kolektif is an employee platform. It offers both social and human resources functions. Each employee has a profile, and the platform offers multiple social media functions like following other profiles, posting on thee timeline, stories, post comments as well as likes. The platform also acts as a human resources platform where employees can see the latest announcements, and access different human resources functions. The medium has also an appreciation page where the employees can thank their coworkers under different categories.

設計挑戰: There was a need for a platform where employees could be more socially active. However, human resources also needed to create a personalized database for its employees. The idea of Kolektif emerged in order to bring the priorities of the two sides together on a common platform. The employees would add special skills related to their job or personal interests to their profile and socialize at the same time. Thanks to this customized data, human resources employees would also be able to offer special activities, training, and personal development suggestions to each employee.
研究: We had workshops with our staff, human resources staff and managers to determine the needs and functions. We guided the scope studies with our workshop outputs. We conducted dashboard and social media design benchmarking research. We got meaningful insights with these researches and use them to creating personas, customer journey mappings. To evaluate our design and observed users behaviors, we ran several user testing.
靈感: Operating from its Istanbul headquarters, 19 regional directorates and 711 branches across Turkey, Akbank is staffed by more than 12 thousand employee. Thee idea behind the development of Kolektif was the create a dynamic social media platform to keep this dispersed employee base connected. By also gathering different human resources functions in a single place, the platform aims to create at most convenience to the employees

操作流程: Through the Kolektif platform, employees can perform all their human resources affairs from a single channel. In addition, they create their own profiles and can update them whenever they want, containing their personal and work-related skills and making social shares. They can see their colleagues' information and interact with their posts. They can also thank their colleagues. With all these personal entries, a new database is created for employee-specific training and activity suggestions.
