關於 Azumaen 日本餐廳

這是國家公園湖畔一家餐廳的平面圖。包廂的卡座造型如鴛鴦，空間如池塘靜靜的鳥。開放式廚房的櫃檯和桌腳處也安裝了間接照明，營造出如鴛鴦漂浮在池塘中的漂浮感。這個展位的高度螺旋狀變化，所以當你坐下來的時候，它就變成了一個私人空間。如果你站起來，你就能看到整件事情。

獨特屬性: It is a plan of a restaurant on the shore of a lake in a national park. The booth in the private room is shaped like a mandarin duck, and the space is like a bird resting its wings quietly in a pond. Indirect lighting is also installed at the counter of the open kitchen and at the feet of the table seats to create a floating feeling like a mandarin duck floating in a pond.

生產技術: Each booth was made of bent structural plywood and finished with a cloth that was glossy with natural light.

It was difficult to make a circular booth whose height changes.
靈感: Various migratory birds visit the lake in front of the restaurant every season. It created the atmosphere of a bird resting its wings on a stage that juts out into the lake.
