關於 Elegant Residence with a Verdant View 住宅

為咗提升家嘅歸屬感，並將室內同室外嘅大自然連結埋一齊，呢次翻新工程大量運用木元素，配合多種物料嘅組合，喺強烈嘅視覺對比中取得平衡，從而營造出一個層次豐富嘅空間。喺玄關位置，L形嘅動線設計運用大理石地板，同木紋牆身相互呼應。再配以一幅印象派畫作作為視覺焦點，共同組成一個緊湊而具品味嘅玄關，恍如一間藝術畫廊咁樣。

獨特屬性: To enhance the sense of belonging of a home and connect the interiors with the great outdoors, the renovation applies large quantities of wood elements and combine various materials, striking a balance in the strong visual contrast and thereby constructing a space with enriched layers.

生產技術: At the entryway, the L-shaped flow features marble flooring that ties with wood-vein walls. Paired with an impressionist painting as a visual statement, they compose a compact, smart entryway that resembles an art gallery.
The common area shares the same combination of wood-vein veneer and intricate-veined marble, decorated with such materials as titanium-plated metal and leather surface. Despite the large volume of the wall storage cabinetry, enriched, vibrant layers are presented through the use of the same tone but different materials. The cabinetry is unevenly divided with planes and lines, while dehumidifiers are cleverly concealed inside the ceiling.
設計挑戰: Due to positions of beams, piping and wiring, the square layout is somehow compromised and has accordingly several nooks, which the designers tactfully and accurately transform into storage cabinetry, display cabinets and space for electrical devices. In so doing, these nooks are turned into parts of a whole, not only making the space square and integrated again, but meeting a small family’s needs for display and storage.
研究: Wall cabinets with varying depths are laid out to ensure good ventilation. In this way, harmony and beauty are attained. Through meticulous pondering and handling of materials, a living space where the public and the private sections are separated is made possible—a space free from mutual disturbance. Life and features of the environment are combined, and a mellow vibe in the space characterized by varying layers, diversity and harmony is created.
靈感: Located in a large high-rise residential community in Xindian in the south of the Taipei metropolitan area, Elegant Residence with a Verdant View is a designer couple’s comfy, elegant residence. It stands where the city and forested mountains meet, having a layout of two bedrooms, a living room and a dining room. Windows on two sides let in abundant natural light, and thus the residence boasts a wonderful view of verdant lushness that makes it possible to return to a serene natural environment. As a result, the couple, who live a fast-paced life full of urban hustle and bustle, can wind down and settle back to the basics.
項目時長: The project is in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
操作流程: Next to the entryway is a common area consisting of a living room, a dining room and a study. Its open-floor plan and large mirrors on the wall serve to expand visual capacity in the space.
