Sustainable materials and energy-conscious installations were prioritized, ensuring durability, circularity, and minimal environmental footprint throughout the construction process.
設計挑戰

Creating a sense of independence for family members while ensuring fluid circulation and visual harmony demanded careful planning. Technical coordination of smart systems for lighting, climate control, and security also posed complexities. Despite these difficulties, the project maintained its sustainable dimension: careful material selection, energy efficient installations, and solutions supporting circularity all underline a commitment to environmentally responsible design.
