關於 GRND Coffee 咖啡店室內設計

GRND Coffee係一間喺30平方米空間內設計嘅咖啡店室內。舊建築物嘅間隔牆好薄弱，所以額外加咗一個獨立鋼結構作為外殼。外殼以人字形拼花橡木配襯黃銅分隔條裝飾。黃銅間隔條喺打磨過嘅水磨石地板上重複呢個圖案。大理石表面同打磨黃銅嵌件同工業元素結合。取代標準嘅枱同櫈，一排軟墊長凳沿住其中一幅牆延伸。細小輕巧嘅枱可以隨意移動，配合每位客人嘅需要。

獨特屬性: In order to separate the cafe from the old building weak wall structure, we created a separate steel structure works as an envelope finished with oak wood in a herringbone pattern with brass dividers, echoed by brass spacers in the polished terrazzo floor. To maximize the 30 square metre space, rather than tables and chairs, we provided a row of upholstered benches along one wall accompanied by small, lightweight tables that can be easily moved to suit patrons’ needs.

靈感: “Our journey to GRND Coffee Co started seven years ago with a bag of single origin coffee, a blade grinder, and a French press,” say the clients. “Fueled by curiosity and a love of coffee, Coffee machines was intently left exposed to reflect the client story.
