ዘ ሃብ በሂልስቪል፣ ቪክቶሪያ፣ አውስትራሊያ ውስጥ ለቱሪዝም የተነደፈ ድብልቅ አገልግሎት ልማት ነው። ፕሮጀክቱ ባህላዊ ገበያ፣ የምግብ ጥበብ ማዕከል፣ ቢራ ፋብሪካ፣ ሆቴል፣ ምግብ ቤት እና የዝግጅት ማዕከልን ያጣምራል። የእግረኛ መተላለፊያ በስድስት ኤከር ስፋት ባለው ቦታ ላይ ያሉትን ሁሉንም አገልግሎቶች ያገናኛል። ሕንፃዎቹ የመሬቱን አቀማመጥ ተከትለው ደረጃ በደረጃ ይወርዳሉ፣ እንዲሁም የተፈጥሮ ቁሳቁሶች ልማቱን ከአካባቢው መልክዓ ምድር ጋር ያዛምዳሉ። የንድፍ ጽንሰ ሐሳቡ ውጫዊውን አካባቢ ወደ ውስጥ በማምጣት ቦታውን ለእግር ጎብኚዎች ክፍት ያደርገዋል። ዓላማውም የአካባቢውን ባህርይ በመጠበቅ የአካባቢውን ቱሪዝም መደገፍ ነው።
