ድሪምወርክስ ስፔስ በቻይና ሱዙኦው የሚገኝ ከፍተኛ ቴክኖሎጂ ላለው ኩባንያ የተነደፈ የቢሮ ውስጠኛ ክፍል ነው። ቢሮው 81.3 ካሬ ሜትር ስፋት ይሸፍናል። ከባህላዊ ኪዩቢክሎች ይልቅ፣ አቀማመጡ ቋሚ ድንበሮችን በማስወገድ ክፍት የስራ ቦታ ይፈጥራል። ክብ ቅርጽ ያለው ጠመዝማዛ ጣሪያ ዋናውን ክፍል ቅርጽ በመስጠት የጠፈር ካፕስዩል መልክ ይፈጥራል። ነጭ ፖርስሌንና ቴክኖሎጂያዊ ሰማያዊ ቀለም ዋና ቀለማት ሲሆኑ፣ ለስላሳ መስመሮች ደግሞ ዘመናዊ ባህሪን ይጨምራሉ። ብልህ የቴክኒክ አካላት በውስጠኛው ክፍል በሙሉ ተቀምጠዋል። ፕሮጀክቱ በታህሳስ 2020 ተጠናቋል።
