ሎጋን ቲያንላንግዋን በዞንግሻን ከተማ የሚገኝ የሪል እስቴት ሽያጭ ማዕከል ሲሆን 650 ካሬ ሜትር ስፋት ይሸፍናል። ውስጣዊው ክፍል ከተለመደ የማሳያ አፓርታማ ይልቅ የግል የበዓል መኖሪያ እንዲመስል ተደርጎ የተነደፈ ነው። የፀሐይ ብርሃን ወደ መላው ቦታ ይደርሳል፣ እያንዳንዱም መስኮት የሰማይንና የውሃን እይታ ያቀርባል። ውስብስብ ማስዋቢያና ተመሳሳይ የቀለም ቅንብሮች ተወግደው ቀላል አቀራረብ ተመርጧል። ቀለሞች ለቦታው እንዲያገለግሉ ተመርጠዋል፣ የቤት እቃዎቹም አንድን ስርዓት ከመከተል ይልቅ አንድ ስሜትን ይከተላሉ። የተዋቡ ቁሳቁሶችና ጥቂት የተሰበሰቡ የጥበብ ስራዎች የተረጋጋና የግል ድባብ ይፈጥራሉ።
