ካሳ ዴላ ኩዌርቺያ ዘመናትን ያስቆጠረ የኦክ ዛፍ ባለበት፣ የመሬት ገጽታን በሚያሳይ ኮረብታማ ቦታ ላይ የተገነባ ነጠላ የቤተሰብ ቪላ ነው። ከመሬት በላይ ያለው ብቸኛው ወለል 105 ካሬ ሜትር የሚሸፍን ሲሆን ሁለት መኝታ ቤቶችን፣ ወጥ ቤትን፣ ትልቅ የመቀመጫ ክፍልን እና ሁለት መታጠቢያ ቤቶችን ይይዛል። የመዋኛ ገንዳው ለመካከለኛ ወቅት ተስማሚ በሆነ ማይክሮ አየር ንብረት ውስጥ በተጠለለ የኋላ ግቢ ውስጥ ይገኛል፣ በዚህም የፊት ለፊት ሣር ሜዳው ክፍት ሆኖ ይቆያል። አንድ ማዕከላዊ ቀዳዳ ብርሃንና አየር ወደ ምድር ቤት ክፍሎች ያመጣል። ግድግዳዎቹ 53 ሴንቲሜትር ውፍረት ያላቸው ሲሆን 16 ሴንቲሜትር የሙቀት መከላከያ አላቸው፣ እንዲሁም የሙቀት ፓምፕ ለወለል ውስጥ ማሞቂያና ማቀዝቀዣ አገልግሎት ይሰጣል። ጠፍጣፋው ጣሪያ ጥገናን ቀላል ያደርገዋል።

To reduce summer radiation, the large windows have a custom designed sliding dark wood system. There is also a sunscreen on the southwestern facade.

- The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
