ኔክስት ኮሌክሽን ከግሪን ኬፕ የመሬት ገጽታ ጋር ተዛማጅነት ባለው መልኩ የተነደፈ የመኖሪያ ኮምፕሌክስ ነው። ህንፃው የአትክልት ስፍራ በያዘ የመድረክ (ፖዲየም) መሠረት ላይ የተቀመጡ ሦስት ገለልተኛ ክንፎችን ያካትታል። የጣሪያው ወለል ምግብ ቤት፣ ባር እና የመዋኛ ገንዳ ያለው የማህበራዊ መገናኛ ስፍራ ሆኖ ያገለግላል። የክንፎቹ አቀማመጥ በአፓርታማዎቹ እና በመድረኩ ላይ በሚገኘው የአትክልት ስፍራ መካከል ግልጽ የሆነ ፍሰት እንዲኖር ያግዛል። ውስጠኛው ክፍል ከባህር ጋር በተያያዘ ጭብጥ እና በተረጋጋ የቀለም ስብጥር የተቃለለ (ሚኒማሊስት) አቀራረብን ይከተላል። ንድፉ ኦርጋኒክ ቅርጾችን ከአካባቢው መልክዓ ምድር ጋር በማጣመር ያቀርባል።
